Sienna Corpus crucifix disappointed

The crucifix didn't look anything like the item you portrayed, I understand and appreciate that it was hand crafted and each may have some differences but the one I received did not resemble it at all, the eyes were to be closed and they are wide open big and black, the crown looks like snakes instead of thorns, his shroud was all in gold and even the coloring of the crucifix was a different color (even though I was told the specific stain was out of stock) so i waited two months for delivery, and Jesus hands looks like he is throwing gang signs, this was a gift for my daughters new home, I am extremely disappointed and upset .

The crucifix is so very beautiful. My granddaughter will treasure it always.
