Broke within a week. This is one of about 5 LS chain that have broken. When customer service offered to repair, I asked for a discount to be applied for the inconvenience- they refused. Bad customer service. I’ve been loyal to the company but won’t be purchasing again unfortunately due to poor customer service and lack of longevity I’ve had with their items.
