I was really clear that I needed to get this product on time for a birthday gift. There was originally no indication that it had to be shipped from Italy first and then once it was received, they still mailed it via United States Postal Service and gave me no option to upgrade the mailing to be quicker. I then had to pay $80 get two day shipping to get it to the correct location once it finally arrived late, very frustrating given I did so much to communicate my needs from them
