I served this boneless New Zealand lamb to guests, everyone said it was the best lamb they'd ever had. I'll be buying more in future.

Australian Version

The lamb was delicious. I will buy again. I was slightly disappointed in that it's supposed to be more gamie than the New Zealand lamb. I didn't find it to be so. Also, the binding had come off, however, the roast still cooked perfectly.
