Cica Calming Toner

I like the toner but then realized it has witch Hazel. After researching it seems that most all toners include witch Hazel as an ingredient because it's a natural botanical with anti inflammatory properties, which is great! What I dont know is how it was processed into the product. Research shows that a lot of processing is done with alcohol. I'm not sure if that's the case here, but I probably won't purchase it again because if that's the case can be quite drying. Perhaps there will be a response to this...I'd like to know
