My pin wasnt delievered to me 😭

Hello first of all I want to say that I really love your shop! Unfortunately, the TaeGi pin wasn’t delivered to me. This is not your fault I totally understand, I would not ask for a refund for the order. It took me a while to leave a message because I wasn’t aware that the pin had been "deliver' the email went to my spam. After I found out I immediately went to check the office of my apartments because I had not received anything on the date it supposedly said it was deliver. The person that works there told me that maybe the mail person placed in the wrong mailbox. I live in an apartment complex and the apartments numbers are the same in every building it just has different building number. I waited for my neighbors to return but they never did, I don't know what happened 😭. I actually placed another order before the TaeGi one, now I am afraid that order would not make it either. I am really sorry for requesting this but is it possible for that order to be canceled? I really do not want to but I'm afraid it wont be delivered again.
