I can be accused of not greasing my brew unit enough. After a repair that your company did, I realized greasing was really important and I need to stay on top of that. I can literally hear the brew unit work better when its greased properly. I also bought some of your blend for my Pico Barista and you have hooked me on that blend. It is just fantastic. thank you for what you do.
