I usually dread picking exercises. But, as usual, with his personable and no-nonsense style, Roberto is able to make it enjoyable and entertaining to work through these exercises and improve one's technique. He also imparts valuable tips during the workshop that you just can't get from books or sheet music. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Christmas Workshop

I did not give a review right after purchase because being an online workshop I wanted to attend before giving my stars. Roberto's Christmas workshop was just perfect. I really liked the selection of the songs because each one was highlightning a different flatpicking technique. Roberto was very clear and careful when explaining to us all the different parts of each song telling why he decided for certain notes or embellishments. After playing and teaching he let us play along with him giving us the possibility to understand better each song. I would reccomend this workshop and also future ones held by Roberto if you like to get insights on flatpicking guitar and learn great songs to add to your own repertoire. Buon Natale

Roberto you always go above and beyond in your teaching. Today's session was so helpful in understanding the "swing chords."
