Great Products, Misleading System

I wont be ordering from Distacart again. While their products arrive in good condition, the model of ¨free shipping¨ is highly misleading. It is stated that orders over a certain amount are exempt from duty fees and that Distacart covers it. However, the refund they provide you goes straight back into your account to purchase more items...only to pay duty fees again! I have spent so much money on duty fees it is not worth orderinig from Distacart anymore unfortunately.
