Reliving College Memories of a Mother's Love

I was so happy to discover that TzuChi is now selling online and thus I can get my hands on these again! I joked to my friends that I survived college off of these noodles. My mom used to pack them into care packages for me. TzuChi's food products were amongst the few food items she could send to me from China to the USA, since they were meatless. The noodles would get me through being thoroughly homesick, especially since (at the time) there were no Chinese grocers or restaurants in deep midwest. I need to call my mom when she's awake later.... everyone reading this should go call their mom, if they're able <3
