Sicilian Slipper - Noir

I did have to exchange so I docked a star, but the customer service was wonderful, and it’s truly a gorgeous shoe. I’m a true 8 (measured and all to double check) but unfortunately even with one size up the 9 was a bit short in the back and my heel hung off. Luckily, the exchange was easy (though there is a $10 handling fee) and the customer service team was kind in answering my questions when wondering how much further to size up. Shipping was fast, the packaging was very nice, included spare heel caps, and the shoe is both comfortable and beautiful. Would absolutely buy again, but I truly wish they had a more standard size chart. I did ask the chat before buying but I still had to exchange and pay for it, so that was a bit disappointing. If not for that, I’d give a perfect 5.

I really loved these heels. Nice height, straps aren’t tight. Easily a go to since I purchased, however, I only wore them twice & after the 2nd time I realized the heel cap came off of the left heel. Very disappointed in the longevity & I figured they would come with spares like other heels gave but there were none in the box.
