ASA - big problem with the quality of the top layer

The sheets overlap more. The entire prints come out well, only the upper layers on larger areas show defects that look like "over-extruded". These problems are present even with a calibrated first layer, the correct "extrusion multiplier" setting. I have not encountered this problem with other materials. All ASA colors do this.
