Overall, I wasn't pleased with this flashlight even before it broke. As someone in maintenance who consistently wears a uniform, the clip-on design for the front pocket is practical, but the flashlight's length is excessively long. Although it boasts a slim profile, the elongation is due to the added length of the battery. The focus feature, while slim, has its drawbacks. It tends to accumulate dust easily, and the grit becomes noticeable when adjusting the focus. Cleaning the narrow lens with a Q-Tip is necessary if it gets covered in oil or other substances encountered during work, and the offset exacerbates this issue. One positive aspect is the magnetic charging feature, which I found convenient. However, it has its downsides as well; the charging port tends to collect grime, dirt, or magnetic dust material. Eventually, the charging port broke and became loose, requiring me to hold it in place with my thumb for the light to function. This issue arose approximately 8 weeks into using the flashlight, prompting me to give up on it. Fortunately, the warranty proved useful, as I paid to have it sent in, and they promptly shipped me a new one without any questions. While the warranty is reliable, the overall quality of the flashlight leaves much to be desired.

One small issue, otherwise great
Having had an older model of the P2 I went with this one. My expectations are nearly met, however it does not save the brightness setting. Every time you turn it off it will go to the next mode when you turn it back on. It should save your last used mode or have another way to cycle. The piece at the end that you can twist seems a little loose, as I have already turned it by accident. Other things to keep it mind is phrases such as "German Engineering & Design" on the box, but it is made in china. On the product data sheet "aircraft grade aluminum" is listed, which is ambiguous. I am critical of these things, but I do not mean to rag on the product. Aside from the mode cycling issue, I would recommend it.
