Fresh Black Winter Truffles - 2 oz

Used a truffle in a béchamel sauce (shave and added post cooking). The truffles had no flavor whatsoever. Also, they had a slight sour smell to them. I have used truffles of all sorts for many years and these did not live up to my expectations nor were they worth the price. Also, I ordered 2oz of truffles, ideally I expected two larger truffles, maybe three for the total weight. I was sent 5 very small truffles.

They were tasty/fresh. What I expected.
