Expectations were exceeded. Thomas custom made four spacers for me within five days. Top quality. I placed the order during typical non-working hours, never expecting a human to actually pickup the phone. My only complaint has NOTHING to do with this company. The order was shipped by Priority USPS 2 day mail. They sent the order to the wrong distribution center and it took eight days to receive it.
