Seem to be nice glasses, but very loose fit. Need to return them.

I bought a pair while on vacation. Little did I know they would fast become the most worn, most loved glasses I owned. Unfortunately, a side piece broke (no fault of the glasses, 100% my dogs fault) and I called to see if I could order a replacement piece or another pair. The rep was so wonderful she shipped me a complementary pair! From the moment I called the customer service rep was kind and very responsive.
