Customer service is no help

Item was left with a sharp piece that would slice the inside of my lip. I then contacted them. Shipped it back to them spending more money. Waited 2 weeks for them to be “fixed” and finally received them again for nothing to be done. The piece was still cutting my lip so I messaged them again and they said they would speak to there manufacturer and that this is not how they do business. But clearly it is how they do businesses I never got my issue fixed and wouldn’t want to get it done by them again
