It seems the headlight beams are incorrect. 2003 Ford F150. Single bulbs for both low and high beams. When set to low beams, the high beams come on. When clicked to high beams, only the low beams shine. Customer service said this could be remedied with a CANBUS resistor. I have purchased a set and will see if it corrects the issue.
