Great product bad return policy

The color caliber pull is beautiful on my new bar cabinets. Great quality and unique style. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give five stars because of the return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong colorway and had to exchange it which incured a restocking fee of $100. I fully understand that it’s a small company, but with the limited color choices I am sure they are able to resell products that are returned in the original packaging and perfect condition.

Love your products, still need to do a lot more cabinets, since expensive and no deals or coupons have to go slow, but love the look of my cabinets
