This truly is wonderful flour. I had given up on eating anything made of flour because USA flour is literally toxic. This Italian flour allows me to eat bread, waffles, etc. once more! I am very happy with the quality. It's definitely worth the purchase!!

Great flour and quick delivery!

I had been buying this flour from a different source, but it would smell and taste like perfume. The flour I received from Italian Food Online smelled and tasted only like four! I was also pleased with how quickly they shipped my order. This flour is different than American flour and many of my friends who are sensitive to gluten can eat food baked with this flour.

One of my favorite flours. Im super picky when it comes to food (I'm on the carnivore diet and the bread I make with this flour once in a while is my one cheat). My body doesn't react in any way when I eat this bread. That tells me a lot about the quality of the flour. Yea! Shipment came earlier than quoted on the order, another yea!
