Bought these for my wife, she loves them and uses them for fitness class as well. True to fit.

I'm always in between sizes, so I got a medium. Fits perfectly, and can easily be tightened at the waist. My new favorite no gi shorts, super soft and flexible. Highly recommend!

Versatile, sturdy, good fit

Perfect length, great quality, then they stay on even through the rowdiest of grappling sessions. For modesty if I'm grappling I do like to wear longer bike shorts with a very high waist underneath, but for Muay Thai I don't need to wear anything else. Men and women are built differently, it would be great to see a higher waisted version of this short at some point!
