Since the power of this medicine is nutrional it is hard to say after just a week how it impacts on wellbeing. It is high in zinc in a food form apparently. Being ground up insects it is sort of an acquired taste - its a little gritty as it doesn't dissolve as such in water, and it does have a mild insecty smell. It doesn't taste bad at all, but it does feel quite strong on an empty stomach, I guess because its high in minerals.
