SACRED SERUM ROLLER

ROLLERBALL ISSUE??

I love your product and its very impressive ingredients! Reason for a 4 star rating is due to difficulties getting the product to dispense via the rollerball. This occurred with my recent order, but I was having the same issue with a previous order, just not as bad. I always shake the bottle well before applying. When the product is not coming out or just a little, I take a paper towel (for better grip) and turn the roller ball several times. Sometimes it works, but with my latest order not so much. I shake the bottle for each failed attempt and it can take 3-4 tries in one sitting to get a decent amount. I don't know for a fact that the roller ball is the problem.

I bought Sacred Serum after seeing an ad and enjoyed every drop from the beautiful bottle. I had hoped to make it last a year and was a few months short of that so I purchased the roller. It’s perfect! The bottle was lovely but I worried about spilling and breaking. The roller is extra nice for traveling and dispenses the right amount.
