the Green Machine

I bought the bike for my commute in and out of downtown to work. It's the happiest purchase I've made in a long time. Delivery was speedy and painless. Brooklyn arranged, as part of the purchase, to have the bike shipped to my local bike shop, only two blocks away, for assembly. That went smoothly and I picked the bike up, adventure ready, in only a few days. The bike is Green but its purpose is Green as well. Commuting in and out of work, biking to the local Aldi and urban adventures in the city from a perspective no seen by many: bike level. Physically the bike is a great fit. The bike shop adjusted the saddle to the perfect high. Structurally its comfortable and welll built. As a tall man of a certain age and heft, I don't feel as if I am riding a toy nor driving a tank. I get on, pedal off and get on with life.
