To be absolutely honest we felt like there were not enough colour options provided to choose from in terms of design before sign off. Felt really disconnected in terms of customer liaison communications. When people pay that much money for a product you expect all aspects of the business to fire at a high level but unfortunately it didn't. We like the key and end product but just the process of it was really dissapointing.
