Journey+ Bundle Suitcase Record Player

The product stopped working after one use. The power on/off and volume control are no longer working just got the record player 2 days ago and used once.

Good service, problamatic product

So I bought this to specifically because it had headphone compatibility, the only problem with it was that audio still played through the built-in speakers while headphones were plugged in (also while bluetooth was connected). But with a quick email, customer service shipped me a replacement free of charge! It had the same problem though, and I got a promt refund when I asked. So five star customer service, but they need to look into better quality control.
