This is a slick cover so it may be comfortable when using as pillow between knees, but it’s like having baby on a slip n slide. (Mine also arrived with some thread fraying on the corner seam). Luckily I also got another plushy cover for use with baby. The pillow is very comfortable - just recommending a different cover for baby.
