Lousy customer service

Had to keep writing to the customer service dept. They would never respond. Also, the embroidery is not great, and the jacket arrived a wrinkled mess. They should be more responsive to the customers needs. Would not ever recommend this company.

Amazing communication and quality!

Communication was timely and responsive! I loved being able to see my design before I approved it. When I received my jacket I was blown away by the quality of the embroidery! 5 stars! Will be a repeat customer for sure!
