Nero Marquina 12×12 Polished/Honed Marble Field Tile

Beautiful tile, good customer service, encountered some issues with product quality

The only thing holding me back from 5 star were issues with the material not Tilezz. I'd like to start by saying the customer service is top notch and the tile is beautiful. In our first order we discovered about 20 broken tiles which is over $200 in material. Due to the amount of cuts we had to make many were able to be salvaged. Everything was packed well so I cannot blame the freight company or Tilezz. They were kind enough to cover the freight when I ordered more which saved me A TON of money. The second set of the same tile came all in tact however, whomever cut the tile at the factory did not cut these tiles square, they were completely off by 1/4". Fortunately these tiles need to be cut smaller so instead of one cut we had to make two. Even with these supplier issues, I would still wholeheartedly recommend Tilezz based on how they treat their customers and the price of their material. My recommendation for them would be to discuss these QC issues with their supplier. 100% I will buy from them again for my next project.
