Fantastic. The hitch fit right on! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the hitch does the job beautifully and the best part is that, without the connecting ball you would never know you can tow things around with the car.

Better than expected product and service

In a world of puffery, this company actually has a great product and excellent customer experience. The product is truly “stealth” — when I have the receiver removed from my sports sedan you cannot see the hitch at all. And even after I had placed the order, I was able to get great guidance to make sure what I ordered fit my needs. Then it arrived promptly. 5/5.

Wiring colors not provided

I love the hitch, don’t get me wrong. But if an amateur was installing it and didn’t have the tools, you would have run into a road block. The BMW wiring codes provided, did not match my car and I had tk find the signals myself.
