I am a huge fan of Dr Greer's work and love these recordings! The intro talk talks about working with the mantra and the 20 mantra track has the repeated mantra fade slowly from right ear to left and back. This feels like it adds a brain balancing aspect. There are also two other meditation tracks, but the 20 minute one is my daily one.

I don’t think I ever got this and idk about Steven Greer anymore, doesn’t seem to follow through with his word or timelines of exposing and taking down the global elite.
