They are so very pretty,, i haven't used them yet because everytime i get ready to i break a couple of nails and have to wait for them to grow back

I like the wide range of designs and styles, but I have yet to figure out how to keep the wraps from "shrinking" back at the tips (even with a base coat) and curling up at the edges or how to safely remove the wraps without damaging my nails. I'm sure it's user error. I'd love a troubleshooting page on their website.
