I love these kits as they are so easy to brew. I don't know how to use a hydrometer, so I just leave it bubbling away until it stops. Make sure the temperature is around 22C when adding the yeast as when I first started brewing it was too high and it killed the yeast. Use a degasser and you will have the clearest smoothest wine better than you can buy in the shops.

Arrived in good time. Will have to wait to comment on the wine produced.
