Lucid Dream Herbal Tea | Sleep Support Tonic*

10/10 tea. My partner and I use it when we know the day is going to require sleep!

I really enjoy the flavor contents but can’t say it has helped me personally with lucid dreaming

I am still using the teas hoping for something. I am not sure what but I will know when it happens. This is not bad news. So maybe using it longer along with some other science is part of the work for me. I will get back to you. It is a nice tasting tea. Thanks.
