This is a fun book to read especially for boys, age 10 and up. The book works well for low level high interest reading for middle and HS readers. Lots of facts as well as a good storyline with reference to specific areas in CA and MA and the islands.

These books were for my 12 year old grandson who loves to hunt & fish but hates to read. He loved them & asked me to order the rest of the books in each series.

Christmas gift

Bought these books for my 3 grandchildren. They are all boys ranging in age 5, 7, & 9. They absolutely love them. They thanked me a couple of times already since then.
