I bought size small after using the measurements accompanying the glove details. I think maybe I should have ordered the extra small because the gloves don't fit as tightly as I expected. They aren't tight like compression socks. They do give me a bit of support while I'm gardening though. (I put them on under my garden gloves.) I also think that they give me some degree of relief depending upon how severe my pain is. They're expensive, but I would say worth a try.

Perfect for Raynaud's pain and swelling

I was having more flairs during the evenings where my hands would swell and become quite painful. These have been perfect to throw on and have just the right amount of compression to help with the pain without feeling uncomfortable. Bonus I didn't have to wear them all day to feel relief and can throw them on once symptoms start. The grips and cut out fingers also allow me to still use go about most tasks normally including using my phone which is great. The black color also feels sleeker than most options. Really wish these weren't discontinued!
