As a woman needed help with purchase - Tie Boss under performed

As a woman, I asked for assistance because I didn’t want to buy something that didn’t work for my application. It’s apparent to me now that I don’t need the pulley system. I’m able to use the rope and other part and think it will do what I need. Installation video QR code included wasn’t for what I ordered. Printed instructions were too tiny for my vision with contacts and glasses. Ya’ll need to do better.

I've only used it a couple of times. I like how lightweight it is. It seems like it is durable. I think it will be great. It's not something I use everyday but when I need it's there, I'm 64 and not as strong as I used to be. With the block and tackle it makes it very nice and easier to hold things and store heavy loads

Perfect for garage work

I'm the kids' neighborhood Free Bicycle Repairman. I'm 70 with back problems, so I made a permanent Tie Boss workbench setup. The orange rig in the pic is to hoist the bikes up on the workbench, and the blue one is to hold bikes upright and to re-position them. Since they're permanent I tied off all the pulleys with paracord. I had to mount the block and tackle high up in the attic above the rafters. The rafters prevent me from pulling the rope out 20 degrees to unlock it, so I put a fat cotter pin across the jam cleat (which I'm sure voids the warranty) to prevent it from locking. If it ever fails I'll just buy another one. It works perfectly.
