It is used and had a minor rip along the edge. I knew that it had damage. Will make a good tarp to leave in my truck. Worth the price.

I understand used means i assume the risk, but a huge tear isnt just casually “damaged”. This renders the entire tarp useless. Should have never been offered as a redeemable product for sale.
