Organic Pumpkin + Nectarine Puree

I’ve sent 3 emails trying to contact their customer service via email for a little over 2 weeks. Two out of four of the four flavors I purchased are overwhelmingly sour, tasting nothing like pumpkin/nectrine and much more like the lemon that is included in the pouch. My son is now scared to try pouches because he thinks they will be sour. It was a little funny at first but their lack of response to this issue is concerning. What if they were expired and not sour? Would we just be ignored? Serenity has fantastic customer service and refunded based on how many pouches were left from the flavors my son wouldn’t eat. If I cannot connect with White Leaf Provision’s customer service team, then I will surely take my business elsewhere. It is a shame because he likes the pear flavors.

Absolutely love the pumpkin and nectarine. My daughter cannot eat solid food and I try and give her these pouches so she can still eat purées that actually TASTE like what it is.
