Matriarch Espresso Blend

This coffee is so delicious! I grind it for my moka pot and im excited to see how it does as a cold brew. They sent a hand written card in reply to my note on the order which was super nice.

Great beans

I am usually a little skeptical about ordering "espresso" beans because they're either a. charred to death to make extraction easier b. lower quality (broken/fragmented) or c. both, but these were mentioned to me by a local coffee shop that uses them so I was inclined to try. Their beans are a proper medium roast, pass the visual-check for quality, and the flavor is complex and floral. I have already ordered some for a friend and will order more for myself once I run out; these will be my daily driver for the foreseeable future.

The espresso blend is very very good. My son gave me a bag for Christmas and then I ordered a 2# bag. Really enjoy this coffee!!!
