I have many many shirts in my closet that are size XL....They all fit. Your XL is too small. My guess is that it is either mislabeled or you're using models from another country with a different definition of XL. Noi matter what the problem is, I HAVE to pay $20 in shipping to get a partial refund. I'll return but will not order from you anymore.

he colors really are attractive and accurate to the images provided. For size reference, my husband is 6 foot tall and 205 pounds, broad shoulders. The XXL fit really well. The shirt offers a nice, tailored look. He always receives compliments when wearing a KJP flannel shirt. And I cannot say enough about the KJP customer service.
