Custom - Compact 5x7 Art Deco Leather Journal

The description of this journal indicated it was unlined which is why I chose it over other designs. When it came lined I was very disappointed and reached out to customer service. I did not receive a satisfactory answer. I was told that I'd been informed that it was lined which was not the case. I will be shy to order again even though the quality of the journal was very high. It just needs to fit the description or be refunded.
