I have been drinking Harmoni Rise for a little while now and, honestly, I simply love it. The taste is really gentle. Slightly earthy and chocolatey. It is not one of those drinks that punches you in the face with flavour, which I actually like. I mostly have it hot in the morning. It feels a bit like a slower start to the day, which I need more of. I have tried it iced too, and that is nice on hot days, but hot is definitely my go-to. What I noticed is that it does not give me that jittery “go go go” feeling. It is more steady. I feel a bit more focused. My mood feels more even too, especially in the mornings. The biggest thing for me has been the routine. Making it, sitting down with it… it kind of creates a pause before the day properly starts. And I did not realise how much I was missing that.
