Upgrade worked fine for me on my dell laptop with the kind help of the customer service team as I had purchased the wrong key for my Windows Home to PRO upgrade

Wrong version linked so key doesn't work - EDIT: Support helped and provided the correct link

Key is for version 16 but download link is for version 17 so doesn't work. It's tricky to get v16 for an individual. Did email you guys but no response EDIT: Support team reached out to me and provided the right download link. All works fine now
