Support Only Improved After My Negative Review, But Issue Was Resolved

My initial experience wasn’t good. The activation key didn’t work, and despite following all the instructions they originally provided, I couldn’t get the product to activate. Before leaving a review, I received no meaningful help or resolution, which was frustrating. After I posted a 1‑star review, the seller contacted me, apologised, and provided a new download link, updated instructions, and a replacement activation code. This time everything worked properly, and the product is now fully activated. I’ve updated my rating because the issue was resolved - but it’s worth noting that the effective support only came after the negative review. The final outcome is good, but the service leading up to it wasn’t ideal.

All applications delivered quickly

With an expiring license I used Product Keys to order Office 365 Pro Plus and the codes were delivered quickly, easy to use and quick access to all the applications I required. The price was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Ms office 375 prof pro. Great I have the main office tools, which is exactly what I needed. And can get the teams stuff on table or phone. But haven't tried as I have no need. Super quick service and easy to install. Thanks Product Keys. Only 4 stars cos I can comment on phone /tablets teams stuff.
