Exceptional!! Was an off the rack buyer for years and decided to step out of my comfort zone this year..... I was a bit nervous on the process and pretty ignorant on how it all worked. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and at ease with William & Lauren. They are patient and very attentive with all my questions. And they stayed on it until I was very happy with my order!!
