Very poor customer service

Reached out to customer service multiple times without a response

You need it. Don’t leave it in the box

We threw ours away inside the box. We have had one lantern for 3 years now. Always bright, not needed to change bulb. And well it looks so cool!

Battery issue but they fixed it.

I had a battery that would not charge and they sent me a replacement and solved my issue quickly and professionally.
