Service above and beyond expectations.

What I bought wasn't nearly as impressive as the service receied from the UE team. What I bought was not exactly the product I "thought" I was buying for my old UE Custom Studio Monitors (the replacement cord received lacked the volume control and microphone that my original cable had). I contacted UE to arrange replacement and was informed that the company no longer made that particular cable BUT the CS Rep offered to look around for "new old stock" and get back to me. Honestly, I didnt expect to ever hear back. Not for a $39 cable. Not only did I hear back, but she found stock and processed an order for me. Then, FedEx delivered the package to the wrong house (confirmation picture was not my my front door or my porch). So I contacted FedEx to file a mis-delivery report and notified the UE team of what happened. Within 48 hours of UE also attempting to get the package picked up and delievered to the right location, I was again contacted by the UE team and they said they were sending me another cable, free of charge and they would handle the claim with FedEx. All this for a $39.00 cable. Talk about service after the sale! Hats off to the UE team and thier leadership that put the customer (even the lowest revenue generating customer) first.
