Great capon

So we had a 10lbs capon for Thanksgiving. Got it frozen on Tuesday. Was perfect for Thursday. Cooked it for 4:30h. Had filled it with chestnuts, smothered it with butter and herbs. Very juicy and tasty. A success! Had ordered it online and was easy to pick it up without waiting in line. Will do it again. We were 9 people.

The best Capon ever

The capon I bought for Thanksgiving was the best I have had, ever. So fresh and tender and delicious. This was my first time buying one from Paisano’s and I will be a repeat customer from now on. Excellent!
