Disappointed customer

Received a “courtesy upgrade” from 5A to 6A citrine after the seller admitted an internal quality issue with my original bracelet. However, two beads don’t match the rest of the bracelet at all—colour is different from the other 6A grade citrine. I understand natural crystals have variations, but these two beads are completely off. Disappointing and incomplete upgrade.
